Morning Energising Water

Ingredients
• 300ml Filtered warm water
• 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan Pink Salt
• 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar with the "mother" (Bragg is a good brand)
• 1-10 drops Tabasco sauce (start with 2 and work your way up - Caution with ulcers)
• 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
• Raw honey (optional)

Combine All ingredients in a glass, stir and enjoy (realistically its not that enjoyable BUT super good for you!)

This Morning Energising Water combines five power ingredients to hydrate, nourish, restore, and get your body ready to start the day.

It is great to have in the morning before food to really get your digestive juices flowing.
