Black Hummus

Ingredients
• 2-5 cloves Garlic
• 2 Tbs Black Tahini
• 1 can Organic chick peas
• 1/2 cup Fresh lemon juice
• Himalayan & Celtic Sea salt to taste

Combine All ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

The traditional Hummus has taken back seat for this new kid on the block!

Tahini is made from sesame seeds which contain a lot of non dairy, highly bioavailable calcium.

Black sesame seeds contain 70% more calcium than traditional white sesame seeds and more antioxidants. 

There is a slight bitter flavour also – which is great for your liver and aids in digestion.

Serve with
• Organic Corn chips
• Rice cakes
• Anchovies
