Activated Cashew & Walnut Butter/Dip

• 1 cup walnuts
• 1 cup cashews soaked overnight
• 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
• 1 cup cooked chick peas
• 1 tablespoon Tamari
• Himalayan Salt and Celtic salt to taste
Blend All ingredients until smooth

Store In glass jars in the fridge - up to 1 week

Optional Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to top of jars to keep longer

Garnish when serving with Chick peas and Thyme

This tasty dip is full of omega 3 fats, vitamins and minerals.

It’s also very easy and cost effective to make yourself.

You can use it as a dip or a butter.

Serve with
• Seaweed Rice biscuits
• Olives
• Avocado slices
• Sardines (YUM!)
