The swap out for Turkey Mince instead of beef is one that is non negotiable for me. And the addition of turmeric makes it great for your gut too.
We don’t eat wheat pasta basically ever, but this is ok for every few months and let’s face it is the ultimate winter comfort food. Serve with a large helping of green salad to get those digestive enzymes singing :)
