Honestly Raquel is amazing! The lovely Raquel offers a range of treatments, the most recent addition being Red Light Therapy I was keen to try. After just one session I saw immediate benefits to my (sun damaged) skin, particularly on the backs of my hands, & forearms. The skin was smooth, and has regained some softness & now absorbs my morning oil much more effectively. Following the treatment, apart from feeling like I'd just stepped out of a warm relaxing bath, I slept like a baby that night, and I'm very much looking forward to more RLT sessions.

Getting a Lymphatic Massage was the best decision I've made in a long time.Raquel is professional, very understandable and with an awesome amount of humour.The atmosphere is relaxing, it smells lovely, and the lymphatic massage is heavenly.I suffer from multiple 'issues' and felt a decrease in swelling and pain levels immediately after the treatment.I was also lucky enough, to try out a new magic way of lymphatic massage, mini facial and a foot massage! Went and had the IR press and infrared lymphatic massage with raquel today it was amazing . Very relaxing. My swollen fingers went down straight away and I felt lighter and less puffy straight away. The facial was a great touch and left my skin glowing. Raquel made me feel very comfortable the whole time. I can't recommend Raquel enough - after weeks of scary chest pain she was the only person who took the time in looking at everything holistically I'd been through (2 x ER visits, specialist consultations, general GP consultations, multiple blood work). It was the first time I felt at ease since being in pain, she assured me that I would heal, and after a few weeks I started too. I have been pain free for close to a month now, I can't thank her enough. Raquel is warm, caring and takes time in listening - a complete safe space.
