Artichoke dip

Ingredients
• 1 can Artichoke hearts - drained
• 250g spinach
• 1 cup Gevity "great guts" bone broth mayo
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese - shredded
• 1 cup pecorino/parmesan cheese - grated
• 2-3 cloves fresh garlic finely chopped
• 1 chilli sliced (optional)
• Celtic salt to taste
Enjoy straight out of the oven, and cold for left overs. This dip is packed with taste and texture

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well

Transfer to an oven proof dish

Preheat oven to 160 degrees

Bake for 25-30 minutes

Serve immediately

You will notice I have listed Gevity Bone broth “great guts mayo” this is the ONLY mayonnaise that I recommend. All others have seed oils.
