There are 4 stages of the program that are supplied over 12 weeks, along with online (Zoom) appointments every 2 weeks (6 in total) and mentoring/support as needed.

+ All paperwork is emailed and needs to be returned completed
+ Food intolerances and preferences recorded
+ Physical measurements and photographs are taken (by you)
+ You will be given a list of blood tests to take to your GP. These are required to generate the plan
+ 1:1 zoom consults provided fortnightly for accountability

The cost of this MB Nutritional program is $1695
It is available (on application) as a cost effective no interest payment plan. ($495 deposit and $100 weekly for 12 weeks).
To use my referral link for pathology it is and additional $219. (Instead of doing the blood work via a GP). This is for the blood work required to do the MB nutrition plan. You pay this direct to the pathology and I get the results sent straight to me.
