An initial 1 hour appointment in which a thorough case history is taken along with presenting symptoms. We talk about many things that could be contributing such as diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress levels and digestion.
A Unique treatment plan is formulated for you that includes dietary and lifestyle recommendations. This will be emailed within a week of your appointment.
Supplement, Herbal tincture and compounded nutrient recommendations are also made and are additional. These are always quoted first.
