What you need to do
- Once payment is received, you will receive an email with a link to create a profile on my patient portal.
- Upload your blood tests. These need to be in a scanned pdf format.
The report is emailed just prior to the appointment so we go through it together.
The Test includes
- Data entry of pathology
- Detailed Functional Blood Report emailed
- Interpretation via an appointment via zoom or phone call (30 mins)
Please note – If you require blood tests to be taken – I am able to provide the pathology referral for that also. This will be an additional cost.
If a treatment plan and Nutrients/Supplements are required – a quote will be provided for the indicated therapeutic practitioner products.
