Bliss Balls

Ingredients
• 250g Almonds (Australian + organic if you can)
• 200g Sunflower seeds (Australian + organic if you can)
• 350g Apricots (No sulphite)
• Pinch Himalayan/Celtic sea salt
Who needs protein balls when you got Bliss!

Soak the almonds and the sunflower seeds overnight

Add salt

Rinse until water runs clear, you are rinsing off all of the "anti" nutrients

Combine apricots, nuts and seeds in a thermomix or blender

Blend until well combined

Weigh the mix. Divide into 10 portions

Roll each portion into 3 balls

Freeze Take out as needed

The reason why I have said Australian – is that we need to support our own farmers in our own country!

Soaking the seeds and nuts removes the “anti” nutrients

 

The soaked nuts and seeds are combined with the apricots. Note the colour! They are not meant to be orange as they are fresh. The sulphites keep the colour (we don’t need the colour to be retained artificially with chemicals)

 

Serve with
• A nice organic plunger coffee
